By booking an appointment you are accepting the full T&C’s

All new bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. We send out appointment reminders up to 24 hours before your appointment, If you cannot keep your appointment then please contact the salon within 48 hours and we will secure your deposit for your next booking.

If you cancel within 48 hours then you will lose your deposit and will will be charged 50% of the treatment cost and will require a new deposit to rebook.

If you do not attend your appointment, you will need to pay the full treatment cost and another deposit to rebook an appointment.

Please do understand we are a small business and its not possible to rebook someone else in as such short notice and this is the only way we earn a living.
