By booking an appointment you are accepting the full T&Cs
All new bookings require a non refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours then you will lose your deposit and will will be charged 50% of the treatment cost and will require a new deposit to rebook.
If you do not attend your appointment, you will need to pay the full treatment cost and another deposit to rebook an appointment.
Please be courteous of other clients & always let us know as far in advance as you can if you can no longer make the appointment, this gives us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.
Your loyalty is very important to us but please understand we are a small business.
Patch tests MUST be completed a minimum of 24 hours prior to HD Brows, LVL, Lash extensions or any tinting service. No Patch test, No treatment.
No refunds will be given for services performed but feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your service and we will try doing everything possible to assist you
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Discounts and promotions are only valid until the dates stated. Anything after the date will be charged at the normal price. Vouchers cannot be used with any other offer
Gift vouchers are non refundable or exchangeable and cannot be used past their expiry date so please use the voucher at your earliest convenience
Children are not allowed in the salon due to health and safety reasons so please do attend your appointment on your own.
Parking is available paid and unpaid. Please check the duration as the salon will not be responsible for any clamped cars and parking fines. If your session is running over, we do allow you to move your car.
